Every year, Bjerringbro Sports & Culture Center forms the setting for the popular Trade & Family Fair, where local businesses, associations and visitors meet for a day filled with inspiration, experiences and good conversations.
The fair is a fun event for the whole family, where you can explore the many exciting stands, meet local actors and gain insight into everything that is happening in and around Bjerringbro. At the same time, there are often activities and experiences that make the day entertaining for both children and adults.
The Trade & Family Fair helps to bring the city together and create a vibrant community where local businesses and citizens can meet in an informal setting.

Every year we choose the stand of the year at the fair
Every year at the Handels- & Familiemessen in Bjerringbro there is a special tradition: the awarding of the Stand of the Year. The award goes to the stand that has made an extra good impression on the audience during the day. It is the guests themselves who vote for the stand that they think has been the most inspiring, inviting or creative.
The winner of Stand of the Year also receives a special prize – a free stand for next year's fair.
This year, the honor went to Bamberg Gold, Silver, Watches & Living, which managed to capture the audience's attention with a beautiful and inviting stand.
Bamberg is a well-known and respected business in Bjerringbro. The business at Nørregade 2 was purchased by Harry Bamberg 45 years ago and has since been a permanent part of the commercial life in the city center. Today, the business continues to focus on quality jewelry and watches from strong suppliers.
Harry Bamberg, originally from Hammel, trained as a watchmaker after his confirmation and completed his education with a stay at a watchmaking school in Copenhagen. Later he came to Bjerringbro, where he and his wife Birgit built up the business. For a period they also ran an optician's shop across the street, but since 1997 the focus has been on watches and jewelry.
With the award for Stand of the Year, Bamberg has once again shown that they are still an important part of Bjerringbro's local business community.
We wish Bamberg the best of luck – and look forward to seeing them again at next year's Trade & Family Fair.

Many of the stands offer inspiration for everyday life – whether it's about home decor, leisure activities, health or great gift ideas. At the same time, the fair provides a unique opportunity to discover new local offers and be inspired by the strong business community in and around Bjerringbro.
For companies, the fair is also a good opportunity to meet both new and existing customers face to face. The personal dialogue and the many good conversations are an important part of the fair and help create a cozy and informal atmosphere in the halls.
