With us there is no registration for saunagus – we have a large sauna and therefore registration is not necessary, you just show up.

We regularly hold special events in the sauna & spa, where you can combine sauna steam, ice bath and spa with coziness, socializing and little extra treats. It can be anything from the Kurbadsaften with several different steam sessions to theme evenings with a focus on peace, well-being and community. These events are popular with both local guests and visitors from outside and provide a very special atmosphere in our wellness area.
Saunagus is much more than just heat. It is a guided experience where our experienced sauna masters use essential oils, towels and heat to create an atmosphere that activates all the senses. Heat and scent are combined with calm movements, so you feel how the heat is distributed in the room and gives the body peace and renewed energy.
At Bjerringbro Idræts- & Kulturcenter we make sauna bathing a holistic experience. Our sauna masters are passionate and participate in ongoing courses and further training, so they can constantly bring new techniques, scents and experiences into the sauna. This way, as a guest, you can always look forward to a professional and unique experience, regardless of whether you are a beginner or experienced.

To create a good experience for everyone, the following rule applies: You are welcome to leave a session during the course, but if you come out first, you cannot participate in the same session again.
