The Lounge in Bjerringbro Sports & Cultural Center is a versatile and spacious meeting room with a capacity for up to 149 people. The room is perfect for everything from larger meetings and lectures to activities such as yoga, dance and café events. With modern AV equipment, a projector and a screen, the Lounge creates the optimal setting for both professional presentations and creative events. With a traditional table and chair arrangement, there is room for up to 100 participants, but the room can be easily adapted to suit your needs. Whether you are planning a networking meeting, a workshop or a corporate event, the Lounge offers flexible options in bright and quiet surroundings.

Room 6 in Bjerringbro Sports & Culture Center is an ideal meeting room for both smaller conferences, lectures, workshops and internal meetings. The room accommodates up to 70 people and is equipped with all necessary AV equipment, including a projector and screen, so you can easily hold professional presentations and presentations.
The room has a flexible layout, and we are happy to help with table arrangements tailored to your needs - regardless of whether you want a school table arrangement, U-shaped table, fan or café style.
Room 6 is also frequently used as a party room and is therefore furnished with a focus on both function and aesthetics, perfect for events where both professionalism and social interaction should go hand in hand.

The multi-purpose hall in Bjerringbro Sports & Cultural Center offers a unique setting for large meetings, conferences, lectures and corporate events with a maximum capacity of up to 549 people. The hall is used daily for sports activities such as badminton, table tennis and gymnastics, but can easily be transformed into a professional meeting arena with the option of a stage, AV equipment and flexible setup.
The venue is equipped with modern AV equipment, screen, projector and sound, and can be divided into smaller sections as needed. This makes the hall ideal for seated concerts, intimate networking events with dining, large conferences or theme days. Thanks to the hall's size and flexibility, there is also space for creative events, workshops and exhibitions.
Everything depends on the table and chair arrangement, we are happy to adapt to your wishes and the nature of the event.
